FJCU Community Health Care Project – Promoting Health and Good Nutrition in Senior Citizens 2020

International Federation of Catholic Universities (FIUC)

Nutrition and Care – Long-Term Project
We held five promotional activities to encourage exercising on campus that centered on a combination of themes about nutrition and exercise, such as fat reduction, muscle gain, improving one’s physique, and so forth. In local communities, we also held four events promoting good nutrition and exercise that centered on the elderly, exercise, diet, and so forth. Every year, the Master’s Program in Social Enterprise at FJCU collaborates with more than 10 communities, both domestic and overseas, through the Social Engagement module, and hold discussions with the communities in question on issues such as sanitation, nutrition, family planning, physical education, exercise, healthy aging, and so on.
