The FJCU Master’s Program in Social Enterprise and the FJCU Office of Research and Development adopted the following measures in following with its strategies:
1.The program is designed with required courses in social engagement at its core, and integrates the study of social governance theories coupled with practical social design techniques and the diverse talents of a comprehensive university. Students and faculty alike participate in collaborations at more than 10 locations, both local and overseas, concurrently pushing for the practical implementation of SDGs and the study of co-governance mechanisms.

2.The scope of social engagement in the program includes:
The program coordinates different departments and programs in the College of Management to integrate SDGs with business management abilities, as well as coordinating different colleges within FJCU to explore how SDGs and co-governance mechanisms can be compatible with different disciplines (current collaborations include the Colleges of Social Sciences, Communication, Art, as well as Fashion and Textiles). The program also helps to coordinate different tertiary institutions within Taiwan to work on understanding how SDGs and co-governance mechanisms can be compatible with organizational development (current collaborations include Ming Chi University of Technology and Tatung University). This coordination is also extended to tertiary institutions within the region (current collaborations include King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and Osaka City University), in which institutions work together across national borders to understand how SDGs and co-governance mechanisms can be compatible with regional development.
