Tracking students with disabilities 2020

Student Life Division:
1. Due to privacy considerations, FJCU does not keep track on LGBT students.However, support is provided when they are in need.
2. FJCU provides reduction of school fees, in accordance with relevant provisions set by the Ministry of Education, to students who fall into certain categories. Students may apply once a semester. Each year, FJCU assists around 3000 students, providing around NTD$95 million in subsidies. Eligible students include those from low to medium income households, persons with disabilities and their children, indigenous students, and students from families with special circumstances.

Resource Room:
In the first semester of the 2019 academic year, there were 191 special education students (including those with autism, physical disabilities, mood disorders, visual impairment, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, hearing impairment, etc.).
