FJCU seeks to implement gender equity in education, and has never set any restrictions with regard to opportunities granted to female students in their education. The percentage of female students accepted and whom have graduated from our university far exceed that of male students. In accordance with the constitution, FJCU ensures gender equity in education by expunging gender discrimination. On top of implementing gender equity in education, the school actively seeks to safeguard the interests of female students with physiological or livelihood needs. Female students are entitled to menstrual leave, and female students may submit the relevant documents to apply for a deferment of enrolment on the account of pregnancy, childbirth, or child care (aged three and under).
