Organizational Structure of the Highest Governing Body of FJCU 2020

The highest governing body of the university is the University Assembly, which is comprised of not only the heads of the administrative and academic units, but also faculty and researcher representatives, two staff representatives, and several representatives from the student union. In addition, the aforementioned faculty representatives are to chosen through election and must not be less than one-half of the total membership of the assembly; the number of faculty representatives who are qualified as professors or associate professors shall not be less than two-thirds of the total number of faculty representatives. The number of student representatives must be one-tenth of the total membership of the assembly or more.
The members of the University Assembly not only include the school administration and the heads of academic units, but also faculty, staff, and students, which empowers them and gives them a sense of participation by guaranteeing their share of representation. All parties are included in the governance of the university, which ensures that decisions made by the University Assembly are made with the participation and approval of people in all capacities and at all levels.
