FJCU provides education and training to core volunteer workers, and passes on the value of service through the event, which also gives the team of volunteers a sense of belonging and identity, as well as cultivates team communication skills and social responsibility.
Through character education course and activity design, school-age children are taught to become more self-aware, to be respectful and compassionate towards other people, and to communicate their feelings in different ways.
