Article 19 of the Regulations Governing the Committee for Teacher Grievances, Article 5 of the Regulations Governing the Staff and Workers Review Committee, and Article 18 to 20 of the Regulations on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, or Sexual Bullying on Campus stipulate that all personnel involved in a case are obligated to safeguard confidential information, which includes the identity of the whistleblower.
The Committee of Teacher Grievances was formed following a school affairs meeting on January 5th, 2006. The regulations governing said committee were amended on January 3rd, 2019.
The Staff and Workers Review Committee was formed on October 5th, 1995, in accordance with Ministry of Education Directive No. 048665. The regulations governing said committee were amended at an administrative meeting on June 14th, 2018.
The Regulations on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, or Sexual Bullying on Campus was formulated on July 6th, 2005 at the 10th administrative meeting of that academic year, and amended at a university affairs meeting on June 4th, 2020.
