- FJCU has an affiliated kindergarten that helps faculty and staff and female student to take care of children aged 2 to 6 years of age (preschool).
- On top of government subsidies, the school provides a monthly NT$700 subsidy for all faculty and staff with minor children.
- The affiliated kindergarten is fee-based.
