There are a total of 4,512 beds, and the average monthly rent is NTD$1654 to NTD$6060 (about USD$55 to USD$200). Depending on housing conditions and room types, the monthly rent per person can range from NTD$4,500 to NTD$12,000 (about USD$150 to USD$400). Compared to off-campus rentals, the price of rent for on-campus student dormitories can be said to be very low.
