FJCU provides nearly 300 bicycle parking spaces and encourages students to use pollution-free transportation. There are many public transportation options to get to FJCU. In addition to public buses, there are also buses operated by SanChung Bus Company, ZhiNan Bus Company, Taipei Bus Company, and the Kuo Guang Bus Company. More than 30 bus routes are available.

For the general public, FJCU Hospital provides free shuttle bus services that run along 5 routes multiple times a day. There are 125 free bicycle parking spaces by the hospital for the general public and employees.
