FJCU encourages green commuting 2020

FJCU provides nearly 300 bicycle parking spaces and encourages students to use pollution-free transportation. There are many public transportation options to get to FJCU. In addition to public buses, there are also buses operated by SanChung Bus Company, ZhiNan Bus Company, Taipei Bus Company, and the Kuo Guang Bus Company. More than 30 bus routes are available.

For the general public, FJCU Hospital provides free shuttle bus services that run along 5 routes multiple times a day. There are 125 free bicycle parking spaces by the hospital for the general public and employees. There are many bus routes running from FJCU Hospital to Fu Jen University MRT Station (such as: 637 and 638 for Taishan; 797 and 798 for Wugu; 639 and 802 for Shulin), so people can also take the MRT line to FJCU Hospital The above information is available on the hospital website and timetable for the public and employees to refer to, so as to encourage more green commuting to the hospital.

FJCU has about 28,900 faculty and staff. Roughly 8,500 people living in on-campus dormitories, around 17,900 people take the MRT or bus, and about 2,500 drive or ride scooters.
