Not only promoting distance learning, FJCU also plans and promotes remote work in accordance with policy needs. During summer and winter break, FJCU promotes a shortened work week to reduce the volume of staff who are commuting.
In 2020, in accordance with epidemic prevention needs, FJCU had promoted group-based remote work, and in order to comply with future policy considerations, a normalized remote work framework will gradually be introduced.
Additionally, during winter and summer vacations, FJCU complies with recommendations for a compressed schedule, reducing the work week to four days and lessening the volume of commuting staff.
