Currently, FJCU invites teachers to share on 4 topics: teaching English-taught courses, teaching results, courses focusing on industry-academia collaborations, and incorporating programming into courses. In the future, the university will invite more teachers to talk about a wider range of topics, such as the application of educational technology, digital teaching materials/flipped classroom approach, cross-discipline teaching, and campus social media. This is to equip the teachers with a more enhanced and more diverse skill set. Also, the university will create a database of information on new teachers, so as to provide suitable training based on their specialization and help them become outstanding teachers that will elevate the overall teaching quality of the university in the future.
