In order to meet the universitys demand for teachers who are able to teach entirely in English, the College of Foreign Languages and Literatures of FJCU has been asked to gather outstanding faculty members who teach English-taught courses, and offer an 18-week training course that helps them enhance their skills and teaching quality, based on the curriculum of a similar course offered by the British Council. The College has also organized a series of lectures to further develop the knowledge and skills of teachers of English-taught courses.
