FJCU guarantees the salaries and rights of its teachers and employees:

1. For teachers: when any FJCU teacher believes his/her rights are affected by university policies, the teacher can, based on the FJCU Teachers' Appeal Principles, file a complaint to the FJCU Teachers’ Appeal Committee. If the complainant is not satisfied with result, he/she can file another complaint to the Appeal Committee of the competent authority.

2. For employees: FJCU employees can, in accordance with the FJCU Employees' Appeal Principles, file complaints regarding layoff, dismissal, promotion, reward and punishment, annual evaluation, and other matters to the FJCU Employees’ Appeal Committee.
