Our university’s salary is better than the basic salary 2020

The minimum wage, which is set by the Ministry of Labor, is currently NT$23,800, and will be NT$24,000 starting from 2021. All FJCU full-time staff receives a salary that is higher than the national minimum wage.

The salaries for full-time faculty are between NT$58,135 and NT$116,825; full-time administrative employees between NT$34,000 and NT$90,235; contract employees between NT$31,825 and NT$35,255; and full-time workers between NT$25,210 and NT$34,215.

In addition, the minimum hourly wage in Taiwan, which is currently NT$158, will be increased to NT$160 starting from 2021. FJCU adheres to the national wage standards and will pay its employees NT$160 per hour for overtime pay. In all, salaries that FJCU employees receive are higher than the national living wage standards.
