As a comprehensive university, each college employs professional faculty members with strong academic backgrounds and concern for social development. As a result, many faculty members have served as expert members of government committees or advisors to various levels of government, providing advice and suggestions regarding policy and practice with their professional knowledge. College of Education
Many teachers from the Department of Physical Education, including Dean Ching-yu Tseng, Director Ming-chih Tsai, and Vice Chairman Chien-chang Ho, have been providing consulting services to the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education, the New Taipei City Government, and other county and city governments in the areas of sports policy formulation, sporting event organization, elite athlete selection and coaching, and the operation of civil sports centers, and have used their professional knowledge and practical experience in sports to assist various levels of government in implementing sports policies in Taiwan.
