FJCU has established restaurant (supermarket) management methods and restaurant hygiene inspection team establishment points to ensure that school purchases comply with ethical principles 2022

In 2014, the Business Management Center of the FJCU Office of General Affairs was established to manage outsourced business on campus; in 2003, cafeteria (supermarket) management regulations were established, and in 2013, a cafeteria hygiene inspection team was set up to ensure ethical food sourcing. The Management Center and the cafeteria hygiene inspection team meet twice a year to review relevant regulations.
