FJCU has four dormitories available for faculty and staff: Liyen, Yizhen, Yishan, and Wende. There are 67 beds in these dormitories and the average monthly rent is NT$2919-7884 (about US$97-262). In comparison, depending on the housing condition and configuration, an off-campus rental costs about NT$4,500-12,000 (about US$150-400) per person. The rent for on-campus dormitories can therefore be said to be both fair and affordable.
