Each department within FJCU has been asked to employ people with disabilities in proportion to other staff.

Resource Room:
The Resource Room employs students with disabilities each semester. During the academic years of 2018 and 2019, 34 and 30 students were employed respectively. The purpose is to build up the employability, teamwork skills, basic software skills, and interview experience of those students so that they can successfully enter the workforce after graduation.
