FJCU guarantees the salaries and rights of its faculty and employees thr 2022

FJCU protects the rights and interests of its faculty and staff, and any concerns regarding rights and interests or salary can be filed through a grievance procedure and related regulations of the committee.
FJCU guarantees the salaries and rights of its faculty and employees:

  1. For faculty: when any FJCU faculty believes that his/her rights are affected by university policies, the teacher can, based on the FJCU Teachers' Appeal Principles, file a complaint to the FJCU Teachers’ Appeal Committee. If the complainant is not satisfied with the result, he/she can file another complaint to the Appeal Committee of the competent authority. The Regulations were established in 2009 and reviewed in 2021.
  2. For employees: FJCU employees can, in accordance with the FJCU Employees' Appeal Principles, file complaints regarding layoff, dismissal, promotion, reward and punishment, annual evaluation, and other matters to the FJCU Employees’ Appeal Committee. The Regulations for Establishment of Employees' Evaluation were established in 1995, and Employees Evaluation Principles were established in 2010, both Regulations were reviewed in 2020.

  3. For faculty and employees: in accordance with FJCU Mediation and Arbitration Guidelines, file to fairly evaluate disputes between faculty and staff within the school, or to resolve their objections to the school’s measures or policies to the FJCU Mediation and Arbitration Committee.
    The guidelines were established in 1995, adjusted in 2011, and reviewed in 2020.
