With the exception of basic work competency requirements, FJCU does not discriminate (gender, religion, ethnicity, etc.). FJCU has established the Regulations on Employee Welfare in 2003, which were reviewed in 2020, the Regulations on Salaries for Full-time Employees in 2008, which were reviewed in 2020, the Regulation for Staff reward and punishment in 2005, which were reviewed in 2020, and the Regulations for Implementing Unpaid Parental Leave for Raising Children in 1998, which were reviewed in 2020. Regardless of gender, all faculty and staff have the same rights to salary, leave and vacation. And the relevant regulations are reviewed every year in labor-management meetings.
Every year, the suitability of the above-mentioned laws is reviewed in the labor-management meeting。
