FJCU treats all stakeholders equally regardless of their religion, and does not discriminate on the basis of religion, gender, or age when it comes to salary and benefits of faculty and staff. Similarly, there is no discrimination based on religion, gender or age of candidates during the recruitment process.
Additionally, FJCU has established the Gender equality education committee which is responsible for prevention and handling of gender incidents in the school, advocacy and prevention.The "Gender Equality Committee" is responsible for prevention and handling of gender incidents in schools, advocacy and prevention(LINK1 : Disclosure platform from gender advocacy, prevention and treatment process)

Additionally, FJCU has established the Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, an Sexual Bullying Prevention Act, the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, and a set of procedures to prevent and address sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexual bullying.
