In order to encourage faculty and staff to continue honing their professional skills, Fu Jen Catholic Universitys Office of Human Resources holds various on-the-job education and training courses to help the administrative staff improve their skills, and conducts self-assessment to enhance organizational efficiency. Meanwhile, the Faculty Development and Instructional Resources Center organizes events and workshops for the faculty; only through such commitment is the successful development of education and the smooth operation of the university possible.
