FJCU implements policies to prevent forced labor and slavery 2020

Taiwan and FJCU adheres to the prohibition of forced labor, slavery, human trafficking, and child labor.

According to Article 5 of the Labor Standards Act, no employer shall, by force, coercion, detention, or other illegal means, compel a worker to perform work.
According to Article 45 of the same act, no employer shall employ any person under the age of fifteen, which constitutes child labor.

According to Article 6 of the Human Trafficking Prevention Act, governments and organizations shall actively conduct activities related to human trafficking prevention, and shall cooperate with international governmental bodies or non-governmental organizations to eradicate human trafficking.
