In 2005, FJCU introduced the FJCU Regulations on the Prevention of Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Bullying. The latest amendment was made on June 4, 2020.

FJCU adheres to Article 5 of Taiwan’s Employment Service Act, which states that employers cannot discriminate against job applicants or employees due to their race, social status, language, ideology, religion, political party, ancestral home, place of birth, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, disability, star sign, blood type, or whether they have joined a union.
