FJCU recognizes and guarantees unions and the labor rights of its entire staff (including female and international staff). Incompliance with the Teachers Act, the university has established the Teachers Organization, and all FJCU faculty members may join. Also, in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, FJCU has established the Labor-Management Committee for its administrative staff, and organizes meetings on a routine basis to discuss related topics. In addition, staff meetings are organized every six months to facilitate communications between the university and its staff.
